Grand Fortune has not paid my balance in 2 years. In 2021 I submitted a withdrawal that was canceled without explanation this last month. They aren’t answering my chat submissions and aren’t replying to my emails. I am owed $5,000 and I would like to be paid in bitcoin.
I would have liked to have resolved this with chat or through management. I don’t think I did anything wrong. I have been waiting patiently for 2 years.

You requested your most recent withdrawal on 10/26 and it is still well within the normal time frame for approval. I'm happy to keep this withdrawal on my watch list to ensure it is approved and paid as it should be, however, this should not be part of this complaint.
I'd sincerely appreciate it if you would confirm that the payments reflected in this complaint have now been resolved.
