Url does not work and I have money tied up

I did a withdrawal request from Grand Fortune casino on Oct 19, 2023 for $2076. It was a wire withdraw because bitcoin was not available. I sent payment details same day. The next day I got email from finance agent Polina asking about if I wanted to keep my bitcoin withdrawal method or continue with wire withdrawal. I could just send my current bitcoin address. I sent my current bitcoin address. I can show emails too.

I have been waiting. Sent all verification. Still waiting 6 months and nothing. Can you help me Askgamblers?

I have also been unable to log in to the Grand Fortune casino site for quite a while. I do notice there is a current similar complaint going on this site (https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/grand-fortune-casino-grand-fortune-is-offline). I had been hoping the site comes back but at this point I have lost a little confidence in that happening. I currently have around $11,800 in pending bitcoin withdrawals spread across 5 requests. Can you please help me contact this casino and collect my winnings?

I am owed $2300 but can no longer access the Grand Fortune Casino website with an error "this site can't be reached". This has been going on for a few weeks now and therefore I have no way to contact them or submit a request for withdrawal. Getting concerned that my money is lost. No response as well to email communication for the withdrawal. Withdrawal was initially submitted in October 2023.

Grand Fortune has not paid my balance in 2 years. In 2021 I submitted a withdrawal that was canceled without explanation this last month. They aren’t answering my chat submissions and aren’t replying to my emails. I am owed $5,000 and I would like to be paid in bitcoin.

I would have liked to have resolved this with chat or through management. I don’t think I did anything wrong. I have been waiting patiently for 2 years.

Grand Fortune casino owes me $5000 for many months. I first did two withdrawals of $2500 each at the end of June and these were declined on July 5. The withdrawals were then re requested on July 22 and the chat operator assured me all boxes were checked and I was good to go. I have not heard anything from them since. Additionally, these were requested as checks because after the delays the bitcoin withdrawal method was not available. I would very much prefer to receive the payments in bitcoin but the check will suffice if not. I can provide my bitcoin address if desired and it has already been submitted to the casino in case they can send via that method.

On July 25th I joined The Grand Fortune Casino and was given a free chip bonus. I finished the wager requirements and after the extra funds were removed I was left with the max cash-out amount of 100$. I put in my withdrawal request the same day and 3 days later on the 28th it was denied because I didn’t have an active Bitcoin account; in other words, I needed to make a Bitcoin deposit first, or otherwise I would have to make the withdrawal request a bank wire.

So I talked to one of the agents and ran it all by him to make sure I understood correctly and was given the green light. I made a Bitcoin deposit of 21$ to play with and put in my coin draw Bitcoin withdrawal request for the 100$ on July 29th.

The casino's terms and conditions, states that all withdrawal will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days, and the payout be made within 7-10 business days.

I contacted the casino on the 8th of August to check the status and was briefly told there would be an escalation filed and to check back after 24 to 48 hours. I waited 3 days and contacted them on Aug 11 there was no update whatsoever, I was just told again that they’re gonna file an escalation and to check back after 24 to 48 hours. I waited again for 3 days and contacted them today on Aug 14th and was told I needed an alternative payment method, then the agent asked me for the bank information and included a bunch of required features the bank account needed for the wire.

I thought that was very strange considering the previous agent requested and verified my Bitcoin address in the conversation 3 days prior. Also, the agent couldn’t give me a reason for the request. I thought it was all kind of shady considering it wasn’t his department as he mentioned and that the withdrawal still needed to be approved by the casino before it could even be handled by the withdrawal/payout department.

I expressed my suspicion to the agent about the process and questioned why they couldn’t just approve the withdrawal first so that the payout department could just contact me if there was problems. After that, it just felt like he was stalling and giving me the run around to avoid processing the withdrawal idk maybe in hopes that I’d just forget or give up. He ended the chat by basically telling me either send the bank wire info or keep waiting and filed another “escalation”.

Luckily I emailed myself the transcript of the chat just before he deleted it cause I was unable to download it. Idk if he was trying to cover up my request or so they’re just wouldn’t be any proof of his sketchy request for my bank information. I’m not sure but I just want my withdrawal processed and approved so I could get my payout, and can you please help @AskGamblers

In May 2023 I played here and won 1250 Euro.

5/28/2023 11:48:34 AM I have requested a payout which has still not been paid. After waiting and contacting the company multiple times the payment was not made.

I have spent more time in the chat with people who seem to not want to help me. I just want my payment.

Please help me.

I asked for payment of my winnings of September 8th 2021 of $2500 fully expecting to be paid promptly.

I was informed that my documents needed updating in September 2021 and had my requests denied I promptly sent overall information and re-requested my winnings as told to by customer support.

I was very disappointed to see that instead of receiving payment my winnings were returned to my account on 6th October 2021.

I have 3 requests that date back as follows

• $2500 13/11/2022
• $2500 23/12/2022
• $2500 24/01/2022

After numerous messages on chat telling me that my requests have been escalated, to reconfirm my wire details, utility bills, etc., instead of receiving my winnings, I had my withdrawals denied once again on 14 July 2022.

I contacted chat to ask about my withdrawals and was told it would escalate just like it has been for the last year.

Can you please help me with this?

I am submitting this complaint in regard to a $2,500 withdrawal requested on January 11th. I had a number of follow-ups with customer service via live chat, as well as an email correspondence in which I was assured that an approval would be coming soon. Unfortunately, my withdrawal request is still stuck in pending and I believe I have exhausted all efforts to push it to approval. In addition, I decided to withdraw the remaining $1,512.75 balance a little over a week ago, in hopes it would trigger some movement - but, no such luck. If possible, I would like to receive the entire $4,000 that is owed. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
