This is so absurd I don't know where to start. Anyone who's played in this group of casinos knows they have impossible verification demands.
I made an account in this casino when they had a promotion for 50 free sign up spin on Twin Spin ages ago. You needed to send in your documents and verify your account in order to get them. I did all that and my account was verified instantly on live chat. That was at the time when this was a great casino operator. Today things are different. They were either acquired by a new owner or something and now I need to verify my account again. Ok no problem. I send in my documents and over the week I send in 4 different utility bills which weren't accepted. Those same utility bills were accepted in all other casinos I played in expect for this one.
To make the story more grotesque all of this is over a 50 euros withdrawal. Money I spent in 5 minutes of playing. Don't play here unless you are willing to wait until you grow old to get your account verified and maybe receive your payment.

I did send you my broadband bill which was the last document I sent. It was the original document with a company seal clearly visible and all of my details clearly visible. As for the previous owners I already told you that my account was verified and that I had previous deposits and withdrawals for which I sent screenshots from the emails I got.
All the documents I sent were originals and none of them are photocopies. Besides my accounts are already verified in Istanbul casino and Diamond 7 which are in the same group. I had the same verification problems there sending several bills and waiting several days but you crossed every line.
