I won a pretty huge amount, considering it was only a small bonus.
The day after the win occurred, I found my balance reset to 0 with the remark "PWC audit". I inquired with support, and they told me to be pacient and they would check it and get back to me.
After some weeks, they did, and told me the bonus was removed as it would be only valid for 30 days. However, they took the bonus away only two weeks after the win. I have attached the relevant screenshots.

Hi!
I want to apologize for replying so late, but I was working the whole week and didn't even find time to check my emails.
I connected and played yesterday evening and thought wow, great like this - I found a 435 EUR bonus, with a 435 EUR wagering requirement - great.
I thought it's fine, because that was what my balance was, and the wagering requirement probably would also be something like that left for this 5 EUR bonus.
However, now I played like many hundreds of spins for 1 EUR each, and I see the wagering done only is at around 1%. So something is really not right here.
