Verification & payment delay


I submitted a withdrawal for $619 at Cool Cat casino about 5 days ago. Since then it has been canceled and put back into my account twice already! Both times the live support said it was because my account wasn't verified. I have sent the documents in over 72 hours ago. At first they told me it would take 48 hrs to process my documents for verification. After the first time that they canceled my check for $619 they told me it would take up to 72 hrs. Now after the second time that they have canceled my check for $619 they have told me that it will take longer due to increase in documents being processed. I can't help but feel that they are giving me the run around since this casino doesn't have the best reputation.
I also have a check I submitted to be processed for $250 but I believe that this check has a max cashout of $162 since it is from a loyalty bonus they granted me. The $619, I believe $538 is to be cashed out of it cause I claimed a deposit bonus for it on a deposit of $30. The bonus funds were $81 and I believe that those funds will be deducted as the rules at the casino require. Please help me to get my $700 in a timely fashion...this casino is doing nothing but dragging their feet!

I just received my check for $162 today. I wrote documents and sent them a bank statement for Pflugerville address. Documents said that a bank statement will not be accepted as a utility bill. That makes no sense. I will be living at my Corpus Christi address from August 20th to September 3rd. Please send the check for $1038 to my Corpus Christi address as I have already confirmed that address and I wil be living there between those dates. I have already verified my address at Corpus address. Please send the check right away after August 20th. Askgamblers, please keep this open till I receive my check for $1038. Thanks!

I sent the new utility bill for my new address (a bank statement with my new address) just now to docume­nts­@co­olc­atm­ail.com. Please hold off on sending the check for $1083 till I get back to you and let you know to send it as I will be out of town for a week and a half from August 20th. Thanks!

I won $1,083 at Cool Cat yesterday after depositing and claiming a bonus. I'd like askgamblers to keep this open till I receive my check for $162 AND till I receive my check for $1,083. I am suppose to send a new utility bill for my new address before I receive my $1,083 check. I will be sending a bank statement with my new address today to docume­nts­@co­olc­atm­ail.com later today. Please let me know that my new address is verified and that my check for $1,083 is on its way to be processed. Thanks!

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
