Fully verified member. Changed my mind and wanted my deposit money back (which was unspent) took off 20 percent for closing account. Left with £80 of my money in the account now. Lots of emails back and forth. Won’t let me withdraw the same way I deposited which was through my nationwide app. They want me to withdraw using 2nd party bitcoin app etc £80 out the £100 unspent money still in the account and don’t know how to get it back.

I would like my money to be sent back to me the same way I deposited please. I used my nationwide banking app to make the transfer. It needs to be done manually as I don’t the option to do this on the withdraw page on Velobet website. Only the options that I have screenshots of above

I have countless emails regarding the withdraw process. I am told I can only withdraw using the providers given which are non of the ways I deposited the £100 in the first place. I deposited through bank transfer. I would like to withdraw using this same method however this is not an option when I go onto the withdraw money option.
