Account frozen for 6 months

Registered at this casino. I started making bets in small amounts, went in and played casino slots.

The next day, betting and games in the casino were prohibited, and verification was requested. I successfully passed verification and checked whether they opened the opportunity for me to place bets and play in the casino, but no. I wrote to support and received an answer that my account was under some kind of investigation for half a year. This is some kind of nonsense in general, I didn’t even have time to play much of anything and didn’t win anything.

They completely closed my ability to place bets and play in the casino and told me to wait for further notifications, while they refused my request to withdraw my money.

I ask the forum to sort out this situation. Thank you.

Withdrawal delayed 170 euro
I did create an account to the website, fully verified myself
- Deposited first 100 euro or around this sum to test the casino
- Asked for extra kyc which i sent fast (max 1 hour) and received my withdraw the same day
- I receive 30 free spins daily, i ask in chat if they have any wagering which has to be done or anything like that
- They say no, i make like 6-10 euro out of them i dont remember exactly
- I deposit 150 euro, which i fully waggered once and also made profit around 10 euro, in total my balance was showing 170 euro
- Wanted to withdraw, i got asked again for more kyc, which i completed fast and got their mails that everything is all right
- I try to withdraw, withdraws are now blocked, i ask support, they have an investigation going on on my account for "safety" reasons.
- Of course i had no problem and asked how long does it take, they said up to 6 months
- I do not find this fair that my money to be blocked in their accounts for 6 months for what, for that i made 10 euro profit, great company what can i say, i always sent them everything they needed in time and always received that all is good, they dont tell me why this happens and i find it unfair.
- I did attach all the evidence i had, they do not send chat transcripts automatically so i dont have the older chats.
- Another annoying thing is they do not tell you in any way when your deposit is rejected, no email, no nothing, i have to manually check on the website from time to time.
- In photo 5 you can see my name on the website and also my balance.
