Frozen Account for 6 months

Velobet has closed me out from playing casino, betting, or withdrawing my money.

I was happy with the website and the service. But after betting one bet and winning in the casino, they have now closed me out and keeping the reason to themself.

My verification went smoothly, both address and identification, and even the video I had to send to them. I was happy with everything, but after I wanted to withdraw my balance, which is 1582,50€, the problems started.

In the emails, they tell me that there has been an investigation going on in my account. But they hide the reason and have given me the same answer for 11 days now. (email and live chat). Hello.I was playing sports bets. After this I tried to withdraw and they requested verification. I finished it successfully. Later they requested another one verification with video, holding me id and paper and pronouncing requested info. I completed it successfully. After that suddenly they said that my first verification is fake and i need to complete verification again. I did it.

And the next day they said that i violated rule 9 and 10,and they close my account regarding these reasons read rule 9 and 10,it says for bonus violations they can close my account. I want to ensure you that i NEVER took any bonus, and send you screenshot proving it.

They don't want to pay and created fake rule violation, please help me to get my money back and solve this situation.

I opened an account a few days ago. I uploaded my ID and the selfie they asked for and they accepted it.

I made a small deposit with LTC and a few days ago I requested a withdrawal but they canceled it.

They asked me for proof of residence. I sent them the electricity bill and they canceled it because they wanted it in English.

I don't have anything in English because all my bills are in Greek.

I verified my account and ordered 2 withdrawals.

Both transactions have successful results on Velobet but I didn't receive them.

I asked live chat and they confirmed me they sent it to my Ethereum address ...d27d. I checked but no money was received.

Live chat told me to wait for email but email support talking about deposits and doesn't understand me.
