Requested account closure took months
I asked casino on 6th of April to close my account.I recieved later email saying that my request been sent to appropriate department so I presume I will be contacted but as I didn’t recieve any further communications I presumed my account was closed.How ever almost two months later I was allowed to log in and make more deposits.On 05th of June I asked casino to close my account and I recieved reply the next day that my deposit section is blocked .I replied that’s good but why it wasn’t done two months ago when I asked for it first time?After this email I didn’t recieve reply.Dont take me wrong I think it’s nice casino to play and customer service is good but all casinos saying they practice safe gambling so if player asks to restrict his gaming casino should do it and not let them deposit and play because we ask restriction for a reason,which is sometimes out of control gambling.I think my deposits should be refunded which I was able to make after my first closure request. Thank you.
