No payout after three weeks

I requested a $3000 payout on May 20 and it is currently June 11. There was no bonus used. The deposit that led to the winnings what is made with bitcoin. And my account has been fully verified and I have even spoken to the security over the phone as additional verification. The casino customer service tells me the same thing every day for over a week that my payout Is in the approved queue and awaiting the next batch of payments. I understand sometimes things take longer but their promise time of two weeks is already quite a long time and i have reached over three weeks now with no forseeable outcome and it is beyond frustrating.

Updating on 06/19. No response to complaint from Casino. Resetting the time to show my good faith and give the Casino a chance to keep their good name. Will officially be passing one month since the withdraw was requested. Same exact responses in the casino live chat support. No indication they’ve done anything to progress the payment they say is already approved.

June 15th - no payout and no response here. Casino reps still use automatic replies when I use live chat.

Refund promised but never delivered
Back in March there was fradulant charges and play that occured on my account. I reached out immediately upon seeing this and the casino was very unhelpful at first. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to refund the $4350 in charges made on my card. They were very unhelpful regarding the funds not in the account anymore but I resided to take the refund they promised and move on. I deposited quite a bit back in February and never complained or disputed it.

For about 6 weeks, they were telling me the refunds are happening and to be patient. They are now stating that the processor had trouble with the credits and theres nothing they can do. Very simply put I was promised the $4350 I didnt charge back and have never received it. They then went and blocked me from chat as I was checking daily once a month had passed. I have to log in under a false name and even then for a while they would tell me a manager was working on it, and it would happen soon and on and on. As of today they are completely ignoring me in the chat. I can see they are reading the messages and just not answering.

I wouldnt be filing this complaint if I didnt have the evidence to back it up. Attached are screen shots of chats stating the money is on the way and then another stating the processor had troubles crediting it back to me. So they are aware and have admitted they know I have not received anything. And yet they are refusing to help me. Plain and simple, if you promise a refund is coming you should follow through.
