Payout refusal

Vegas Casino online has been telling me for over 2 months that my payout is handling by a 3rd party source and case # 56020317/56020318 for $700.00 they will not send me. I've live chat with numerous persons, all nice yet they say the same thing. 2-3 months for $700 It might be 4 months? Why won't Casino online complete their end of their contractual agreement? This process started way back in June, 3 months? $700.00 case# 56020317 or 5602318 < full name remove >. I have $.22 (cents) in my account and ironically I've gambled with Wild Casino Online lost over $500.00. I just am relaxing finding a way to cope with losses of family members due to Covid-19 and I was using gambling as a way to cope and Vegas Casino online gives me an equal amount of stress if not more. Thank you for receiving my complaint on a Casino that I was really enjoying until they refuse to send me my payout as they promise they would, thank you again.

Refund promised but never delivered
Back in March there was fradulant charges and play that occured on my account. I reached out immediately upon seeing this and the casino was very unhelpful at first. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to refund the $4350 in charges made on my card. They were very unhelpful regarding the funds not in the account anymore but I resided to take the refund they promised and move on. I deposited quite a bit back in February and never complained or disputed it.

For about 6 weeks, they were telling me the refunds are happening and to be patient. They are now stating that the processor had trouble with the credits and theres nothing they can do. Very simply put I was promised the $4350 I didnt charge back and have never received it. They then went and blocked me from chat as I was checking daily once a month had passed. I have to log in under a false name and even then for a while they would tell me a manager was working on it, and it would happen soon and on and on. As of today they are completely ignoring me in the chat. I can see they are reading the messages and just not answering.

I wouldnt be filing this complaint if I didnt have the evidence to back it up. Attached are screen shots of chats stating the money is on the way and then another stating the processor had troubles crediting it back to me. So they are aware and have admitted they know I have not received anything. And yet they are refusing to help me. Plain and simple, if you promise a refund is coming you should follow through.
