International Checks Declined


On May 3rd I submitted a request for withdrawl of $900.00 and I palyed it down to $680. They wrote me an email informing me that my bank will not accept ACH so I agreed to get a check by courier. Today 5/26 I received the check by FedEx and tried to deposit it but my bank denied it because it was an international check I called to processor on the check and suggested that I try a BMO Harris Bank here in Illinois. I called and was told that they could not cash it because I was not an account holder and they are only during drive thru due to the COVID-19. I called the casino chat and was told the only other option was a Bitcoin but the Stop Payment would be $250. I called the bank again and was given a check chashing place online ingo Money and I went through hoops to register and was told they too did not cash international checks. Please help me get my money I have useless piece of paper. This is my last goround with them

On May 28th I spoke with the casino trying to get their help cashing this check. I was told the only thing they said I could do is void the front and back of the check then cut it in half twice then take a picture of the pieces and they would send it to the processor to see if he would wave the the $250 stop payment but I told him no because what happens if he says no then he told me then they would deduct the $250 and send me the Bitcoin which I feel like they intended to do. Later yesterday I kept trying different things and decided to call the new bank I opened an account with the night before to see if I could deposit a international check and they said I could so at this point I sent it to be deposited and now I am waiting to see if it will clear.

I spoke with Wilfred this morning concerning some of the channels I went through yesterday and he said the only option I had was ACH or Bitcoin as I said before to $250 to stop a payment on a check for something I am not responsible for would be ludicrous. I explained to him I spent the entire day calling and holding for calls, chats and trying to register for different sites. I have read all kinds of things online that will accept international checks but when I called today as expected no they don't accept them. I have wasted two days on this. To make matters worse I am a senior on stay at home instructions and makes it hard for me to get out and explore plus most of these places are closed or it seemlike they have one person manning the phone and chat because every cal is an hour wait or better. I am at a standstill now witing and when I went back to Vegas casino to let them know that my son's bank will not accept a third party international check they are closed. Now what

Refund promised but never delivered
Back in March there was fradulant charges and play that occured on my account. I reached out immediately upon seeing this and the casino was very unhelpful at first. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to refund the $4350 in charges made on my card. They were very unhelpful regarding the funds not in the account anymore but I resided to take the refund they promised and move on. I deposited quite a bit back in February and never complained or disputed it.

For about 6 weeks, they were telling me the refunds are happening and to be patient. They are now stating that the processor had trouble with the credits and theres nothing they can do. Very simply put I was promised the $4350 I didnt charge back and have never received it. They then went and blocked me from chat as I was checking daily once a month had passed. I have to log in under a false name and even then for a while they would tell me a manager was working on it, and it would happen soon and on and on. As of today they are completely ignoring me in the chat. I can see they are reading the messages and just not answering.

I wouldnt be filing this complaint if I didnt have the evidence to back it up. Attached are screen shots of chats stating the money is on the way and then another stating the processor had troubles crediting it back to me. So they are aware and have admitted they know I have not received anything. And yet they are refusing to help me. Plain and simple, if you promise a refund is coming you should follow through.
