Prolonged Withdrawal Timeframes

This is insane. On 12/01/19 i requested 3000 withdrawal. 1000 bitcoin and 2000 ACH, the 2000 was split into 2 payments ( not sure why nor did i get an answer when i asked, as i thought it was $2500 weekly ACH limit).
On 12/2/19 i sent in copy of my DL front and back and utility bills as requested. I inquired through chat and when i got nowhere as far as a possible deposit date i sent an email to withrawl support. On 12/6 Ivan emailed me stating my withdrawal already passed verification and evaluation stage. Its always the generic Our provider is already aware of your payments and they will do their best to process them at the earliest. On 12/11 i inquired again whats taking so long because on or around the 9th i chatted with Dennis and ask if i should expect a deposit by the 10th or 11th his answer was 'sure', Dennis who ive spoken to in chat numerous times responded to my email ---Your withdrawals are waiting for our providers to confirm the release date of the next batch of payments available. Once they process and confirm your payment, we will notify you via e-mail. Please take into consideration that time frames may vary depending in the volume of withdrawals. On 11/13 i happen to log into the casino site( i didnt get an email notification) finally one movement, bitcoin withdrawal processed BUT that was like 15 hours ago and there's nothing in my account. I inquired with ivan he said itll take a little while. How long is a little while because it usually post quite fast. And why did they deposit only 1000? I have no clue so i inquired about that with Ivan, his answer was the same basic script ---Your withdrawals are waiting for our providers to confirm the release date of the next batch of payments available---- they said this many times before, why do i have to wait for yet again another batch and i have no clue when that will be. Why didnt they just send me all of my withdrawal in the same batch like they said they would? Today is 12/14 i have received ZERO from this casino, all i see is 1000 bitcoin processed but i dont have it in my bitcoin wallet. The other 2withdrawls split into 1000 each is still sitting on requested. This is really crazy i dont know if they think im going to play it back because i certainly will not. I would like to just get paid because it doesnt take this long when i deposit.
