Non payment of withdrawal
Submitted a withdrawal request and was told it would be processed within 3-5 days by customer service. The paymwnt was declined because i needed to verify my account so i sent them the requested the docs and waited a week and reached back out and was told they never received the documents until i told them what day and time i emailed them in and then they were able to find the email and docs. Was then told again I would receive the payment within a few days. After five days reached back out and was told i would receive the money the first week of July. Logged in on 1 July still saw the payment as pending withdrawal so i contacted customer service again and was told they have a lot of withdrawals pending and they cannot tell me any estimate of when i will receive the money. Their payment provider hasnt given them any estimated timeframe and that the info the sercice rep was giving me may not be accurate. I then asked if i could speak to a supervisor who could provide accurate info and i was told no. I have all the transcripts from the conversations that i can provide as verification.
