Waiting on the payment of $3,650, since January, 18th
I was fortunate enough to win a large amount on my first deposit at Slots of Vegas. However, I have not yet received my winnings. Please see below for a timeline of events and details.
January 18
- Made first deposit
- Won over $3,800
- Submitted documentation, then waited a few days to give casino time to review them
January 24
- Made two bitcoin withdrawals totaling $3,800
January 25
- Withdrawals were declined, documents not reviewed yet (It ended up taking 3+ weeks)
February 9
- Made the two withdrawals again ($2,500 and $1,300), this time by check
February 16
- $2,350 check withdrawal approved ($150 subtracted for bonus, I assume)
February 21
- $1,300 check withdrawal approved
I have not received any communication regarding my payout from Slots of Vegas. If I had not checked the cashier on my own I would not have even known the withdrawals had been approved.
I know that Slots of Vegas is way behind on processing payments, so I am not upset that it has taken this long. But I would really appreciate it if the casino would be willing to waive any withdrawal fees as an apology for the long wait.
