$1,680 BTC payment taking longer than 10 day maximum after approval

I submitted a $1,680 withdrawal request on 12/6. It was approved on 12/14. It is now 12/28, 10 business days later, and chat support told me to check back in next week due to withdrawal delays. This is beyond the 10 day maximum amount of time. BTC withdrawal should be instantaneous, so I am perplexed as to the reason for the delay. Please process my withdrawal ASAP.

I see the payment has not yet been issued yet and I believe this is simply because of the holiday backlog. I'll speak with our Payments Manager in the morning and hopefully I'll be able to resolve this straight away.
