Unreasonable delays with withdrawal

I made a withdrawal request on 5/6/2017 for $1,000.00. Muy withdrawal has not even been approved yet. When I try to speak to anyone all I get is excuses saying they are very busy and can't tell me when my withdrawal will be processes. This is an unreasonable delay. I would like my payment tho be escalated. It is a shame that I need to go through this process every time to receive my money.

I must have left my brain at home when I responded a few days back--I'm so very sorry about that. I've been knee-deep with issues and usually I'm pretty good about getting things right. Clearly not with my last reply. :-(

I've checked on this and I see the payment was sent off early this week. Please keep an eye on your account over the next few days--the payment should reach you any day now.

I'm still waiting to see the payment reflected in my bank account. As of Saturday, June 10 still nothing. 35 days after I made the request .
