Unreasonable delays with withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal of $1000.00 On March 24. My withdrawal has still not even been approved. I have submitted all necessary documents and was told approvals usually take 7-10 business days to be approved. We are now over 30 days and it still hasn't been approved. I would like my payment to be escalated at this point. The reasonable time frame is way past.

The good news is that your payment has made its way to be processed and with this in mind, I would expect you'll see the payment reflected in your bank account no later than the end of next week (more than likely, by mid-week).

Sorry for the mistake in days. I certainly know it hasn't been 30 days but what I was confused about was the 7 to 15 business days. At this point the withdrawal has been "approved" so now we wait to see how long it takes for payment to happen. The time frames are unpredictable. But ill keep you informed
