Hello, good day, first sorry for my english, my main is Spanish, ok so.. i request my withdraw of 40 dollars, 19/03/2015 and i still waiting for my money, i called lot of times with william hill and they told me they deposited to my card, but no, i go to my bank and my card is on cero. i have proofs of my bank status. sorry for my english again but i think is ok. and thats all, thank you!
