I made a withdrawal dated 21st of may. They sent me an email that withdrawal was processed and I will receive my money. 5 days later no money from them and I contacted them. They said there was a problem with the provider so they have to investigate the case. I've been told a lot of things and in the end it just made me cry because I really need the money. They are delaying paying me and said that I have to wait for the new updates. Until now I haven't received any emails from them or updates and I realized that I've been scammed. I have used a lot of money on this site and was hoping I could get my winnings but it looks like they have no plans to pay me. This is very sad and frustrating. All they can say was to have patience and wait. But I cannot wait forever. Do not use any money on site if you do not want to get disappointed.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the withdrawal.
The player’s withdrawal was indeed requested on the 21st of May. However, it was not successfully processed at that time due to a technical issue with our payment provider. Unfortunately, this caused an unexpected delay on our end.
We’re pleased to confirm that the issue was resolved, and the withdrawal was reprocessed by our team on the 26th of May. According to our system, the transaction was completed successfully, and the funds should have already reached the player’s account.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress this delay may have caused. While we strive to ensure smooth and timely payouts, occasional external issues with third-party providers can sometimes affect the process. That said, we are continuously working to minimise such cases and ensure the best experience for our players.
