I have received the message "withdrawal failed" 3 times. Each time the money was withdrawn from my betting account, they are not on their way to my bank account.
It happened for the first time on 5 June, after which I contacted Trickz customer service.
I was told they would look into it the next day and give me an answer. I received no response.
it then happened again on June 8 - two times. I have been in contact with customer service every day since June 5, but they don't give me a reason so I don't get any answers as to when I can expect to get my money.
It a total of 720 euros.
