I made my first deposit of 100euros and finished the verification process.
I happend to win 440euros and requested a withdrawal. According to their terms and the support the withdrawal will be processed within maximum 24-48 hours.
After 48 hours I asked the support and they replied that they have issues with their payment provider, and they don’t have any timeframe when it will be fixed.
I’m not satisfied and feel stupid that I deposited here.
