I have had the wiorse experience in trying to not only collect my withdrawals but just try
ing to contact them. Withdrawal was done on 10/28/2013 still pending. Sent all of my documentation to them 2 days later after contacting them as what was needed. Since that time I have been trying to e-mail them at all of the e-mails they have provided and they are all being returned undeliverable. On November 4th I contacted my internet provider to see if there was a problem on my end and they too tried to e-mail and they all came back undeliverable. I have chatted on the chat line at least 10 times or more and each time they tell me someone from their accounts department will get back to me, but never does. I have tried to call them at the number they have listed for US and it always says to leave a message. I do have e-mail documentation that I can send you, just let me know how to send to you. I have tried to do a screen shot but I am not sure how to do it. I did go to the page and hit alt and printscreen then went to accessoris and went to paint screen, nothing showed up. I want to send documentation, can I e-mail it to you,, Please Please I need your help.
