Hi, I have two pending withdrawals in treasure Island jackpot casino, one from 10 february 2014 and one from 17 february 2014.
They told me that is all ok, my documents were ok and on 5 march 2014 they send me an email :Congratulations! Your withdrawal request have been approved.
It will be submitted for payment in 3 to 5 business days.
Then a girl of support team ask me credit card details that I send her on 12 March 2014.
From 12 March 2014 I didn't received other communications and my withdrawals are "FLUSHED" from 5 March 2014. I don't think that all this is normal........
since they don't answer to my emails I try to talk to them by live chat but they say they can not do anything. I am Italian and I do not know enough English to be able to have phone calls with them. is there anyone who can help me?
