On the 29th of April I requested a withdrawl from Tj. They keep putting my winnings back into my casino account. For some reason they won't pay me. I have called and emailed numerous times. I used free spins and was able to make playthrough. I can't get a straight answer as to why they keep telling me I have not reached the requirements. Pls help?

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that reason why they declined your withdraw was that you didn't meet wagering requirements. Please confirm.

Based on information that we received from the casino management, player couldn't make a withdrawal, because she/he didn't meet wagering requirements. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
