I am (was) a registered in casino Atlantis Gold Casino - Im used the free spins(code) Winn a little from free spins - next finish wagering - and try withdrawal Maximum avalible amount (150$ is maximum withdrawal from no deposi tbonus) - next they ask me to veryfications my documents - And im send all neccesary documents. Soon they blocked my acconts - and they answers they dont allowed players from Poland play and make withdrawal in their casino.

But They accet polish players - becose a lot my frends from polish gambling forum play and make deposit and withdrawal and dont have problem-Recived payments - Olso they menager from casino registered in polish gambling forum and paste new no deposit code and deposit promotions.

Im send this person messege asking to help me in my case but she ignored me......

Summary they dont wonna proces my withdrawal becose ( they say they dotn accept polish players) - In same time they accepts other polish players deposit withdrawal and im recived only strange answer - and nobody from them dont wonna give me ture reaosn why they dont proccesed my witdrawal ? - This casino trade me bad

Please help me with my case.

Here is the answer I got from the accounts team on why they have decided to not release the winnings:

"This player is tagged for negative database and reason being a problem player/gambler that's why we have locked his account."
