It’s been over 2 weeks now with no answer in regards to my account verification. I have submitted documents and got automated emails saying they are verified but my account is still not. I have emailed the support email to solve this issue and there’s been no help or reply from them. I have £400 I would like to withdraw and they are just delaying this purpose.
