Unpaid redemptions and double charges

Its very sketchy to me when a platform has very long payout delays, when they claim before you purchase that redemption is instant. Then the company does not respond to messages, but they're still changing their coin packages and sending advertisements etc.

I'm fully verified and redeemed before once, although that also took forever. The waiting isn't the worst but when there is zero communication and then I go to the store and use my card and it gets declined so I look on my statement and see I've been charged twice, twice if that makes sense. Like I made one purchase and was charged twice. I foolishly made another purchase and was again charged twice. They don't respond to messages she my bank won't do anything until the charges are no longer "pending" and they've been pending for 8 days already.

what I find even more sketchy is when I login to my account on their platform you can see both successful purchases in the transaction history and then 1 pending charge even though there are two. idk but something is way off with this one.

They need to drop the hold on those two charges that I absolutely did not authorize and they need to pay my redemption. total : $276

No updates other than, I've now reported them to the Better Business Bureau, Both the Attorney General in my state as well as in Delaware, and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

from what I can tell by going off of the numbers that the my transaction ID numbers on Sweep Las Vegas, I made the first purchase at 9:53PM and that ID ends in 187, My second purchase was at 11:00PM, the same night and that transaction ID ends in 330.

This is just my own interpretation here but if your platform has let's say on average, because this is a Wednesday night ya know nothing too exciting going on on a Wednesday night but if there were 143 other transactions in the one hour between my first purchase (187) and my second (330) Your platform isn't struggling, you're not doing so badly that you are having a difficult time paying players.

143 deposits an hour, imagine how many they're getting in a day, a week, months. They're just not paying people because they don't want to in my opinion. Exit scamming at its finest.

they don't respond to support messages but are STILL sending out daily email advertisements and changing coin package prices regularly. Also they've been deeply discounting their packages so in my opinion that's just another ploy to lure in as many deposits as you can with zero intention of paying anyone who wins.

How is the not illegal? and I still see all these gaming sites advertising this casino and offering bonuses and claiming it's a legit place to play. What I can't find anywhere online, are any positive reviews.

Delayed redemption

Complaint Against: SweepsLasVegas (Digital Entertainment Development LLC)

I am submitting this complaint regarding a $900 redemption request that was approved by SweepsLasVegas but has remained unpaid for more than one month. The redemption request was submitted on 04/20/2026.

On multiple occasions, I have contacted customer support to inquire about the status of the payment. In response, I have received repeated assurances that my redemption remains in the payment queue and is being handled by the Finance Team.

Support has specifically stated in writing that:

* My redemption has been approved.

* My redemption has not been cancelled or denied.

* My full approved redemption will be paid.

* The redemption remains in the payment queue.

However, despite these assurances, the company has repeatedly refused or been unable to provide any estimated timeframe for payment. Each inquiry results in a substantially similar response stating that the Finance Team is processing the redemption and that I should continue waiting.

My concern is not only the length of the delay, which now exceeds one month, but also the complete lack of transparency regarding when payment can reasonably be expected. I have used multiple social casino platforms and have never experienced a redemption delay of this duration without any projected processing date.

Additionally, while the company claims the redemption is approved and awaiting payment, I continue to have the ability to cancel the redemption request. From a consumer perspective, this raises concerns regarding the redemption process and whether players are being encouraged to reverse pending withdrawals rather than receive payment.

I have retained copies of all correspondence with support, including written statements confirming that my redemption has been approved and that the full amount will be paid.

I am requesting that SweepsLasVegas provide a definitive update regarding the status of my redemption and promptly process payment of the approved $900 redemption request.
