Its very sketchy to me when a platform has very long payout delays, when they claim before you purchase that redemption is instant. Then the company does not respond to messages, but they're still changing their coin packages and sending advertisements etc.
I'm fully verified and redeemed before once, although that also took forever. The waiting isn't the worst but when there is zero communication and then I go to the store and use my card and it gets declined so I look on my statement and see I've been charged twice, twice if that makes sense. Like I made one purchase and was charged twice. I foolishly made another purchase and was again charged twice. They don't respond to messages she my bank won't do anything until the charges are no longer "pending" and they've been pending for 8 days already.
what I find even more sketchy is when I login to my account on their platform you can see both successful purchases in the transaction history and then 1 pending charge even though there are two. idk but something is way off with this one.
They need to drop the hold on those two charges that I absolutely did not authorize and they need to pay my redemption. total : $276
