Waiting redemption since May 16th

I joined this casino in early May and made a few small welcome offer deposits and wasn't able to win anything..I kept getting emails with all kinds of offers so on May 16th I purchased an offer for $35 to get 50sc and was able to win up to $100 within a few hours and then I put in my redemption request..I waited over a month and kept seeing reviews with everyone else saying the same thing but I saw a few reviews say they had no issues redeeming crypto so I cancelled that redemption and redid it crypto then waited a couple of weeks before contacting support again and just keep getting the same automated message saying they're behind on redemptions so I ended up cancelling that redemption as well and redid it back to my bank account because I'm not really familiar with crypto and I'm still waiting since the 26th of June ..I wrote support again this morning and got the same automated response. I would like my redemption or my $35 back at least

Delay in my redemption I have been waiting since September 11 and it is still pending

I emailed them about my redemption I been waiting since the 11th I haven’t received my money yet. I emailed them I also have been checking the website constantly hoping it has been processed. I also check this morning and it keep saying pending nothing has been processed yet at all. Everyday I am checking the sweepslasvegas app hoping my payment has processed and it still shows pending.

I put in for a redemption June 10,2026. My account is fully verified and I still haven't received my $100 redemption. I've emailed several times and get the same answer word for word.

My redemption is in que and will be paid in the order it was received. But I found online reddit about payments after mine being paid out already.

I first submitted my withdrawal request on June19th for $300.00
On June I completed the credit‑card verification your team requested and confirmed this by email the same day.*

*Since then, I’ve followed up repeatedly and have only received repeated template responses stating the same thing ” or referencing “high redemption volume,” without any acknowledgment of the crypto address or a response to what was inquired Or any timeline for release.*

*As of today, this withdrawal has been pending for 30 days. This is far beyond any reasonable processing timeframe.*

On July 1st I emailed them a formal letter requesting to escalate my withdrawal and for explanations and support along with a timeline of all of the emails and replies.

Sweep Las Vegas:
Again apologized for the delay and explained once again about them being behind and all but assured me that I would get my winnings and would not lose anything only that it would be when they get to it.

On July 12th I reached out again and asked if I had moved up in the end the queue and they replied that they're not sure why I had not received my email from finance or my redemption yet that there may have been some sort of air or problem with something and they were going to reach out and let me know.
After a few days of not hearing back I emailed again on July 15th asking if they had gotten an update and they said they have not.

On July 17th I emailed expressing my miss my confusion about how things worked with them and how I didn't understand why they never explained anything to me and why they don't communicate as a team there
And they replied:
Hello Amber,

I already sent this issue to finance team and they are going to give prior attention to your payment.
That was today. July 18th.

Will not redeem my money

I have had a redemption pending for 15 days. I can not get any answer from customer support. They ignore all of my emails. I redeemed over there in May 200 dollars. Took about a week after verified and all. But now - I am getting no reply and no money sent to my bank. I buy many packages. Its only fair they pay me! Someone help please. This has went on way to long!

Account suspended after win

I made a $1,000 CAD Gold Coin purchase on Sweep Las Vegas. I played through the coins according to the site's stated terms and won on gameplay (roulette). I then submitted a redemption request for $2,000 CAD.
Shortly after submitting the withdrawal request, I received an email from Sweep Las Vegas ([email protected]) stating my account had been "permanently suspended" because of activity that "doesn't align with the fair play spirit" of the platform. No specific Terms and Conditions clause was cited, no specific gameplay activity was named, and I had never previously been warned or flagged for any account issue.
I replied to the casino directly requesting:

The specific term I allegedly violated
A description of the exact activity that triggered the review
Confirmation of the status of my $2,000 CAD withdrawal

I have not received a substantive response beyond the original suspension notice.
I am filing this complaint because I believe my account was closed specifically to avoid paying out a legitimate win, following a pattern that appears in multiple other complaints against this operator (Digital Entertainment Development LLC). I have retained all correspondence, including the purchase confirmation, the win, the withdrawal request, and the suspension email.

SweepLasVegas Not Paying Avoid

I would highly recommend avoiding this operator. I have now had $2,000 pending for 2 weeks. I can understand a bit of a delay, but 2 weeks is a bit crazy. Their support sends me the same copy pasted answers, and has confirmed my account is fully verified and that I don’t need to do anything. They continue to send seemingly incredible email deals but in my experience and many others on TrustPilot, THEY WILL NOT PAY. I won fair and square, playing my balance dozens of times over. All in blackjack hands. They have no reason to delay my payout.

It’s been over 30 days since I requested my payment of 500$.

I paid fairly and won fairly.

It’s still showing as pending.

I’ve been getting the same response that my redemption is in the queue.

I have not received any email regarding my redemption besides the email I sent asking what the status is.

Will not pay out remaining winnings

I have been trying to redeem all of winnings for over two months. They redeemed some smaller amount redemptions but not my larger ones. I have deposited $1750 total into this site. I received 801.17 of my winnings, but I am still owed 3800 sc more.

Every time I email them they claim they have a large amount of redemptions to process and that they process them in the order they get approved but I learned that is not the truth. I had 2 2000 sc redemptions pending for almost a month, so I cancelled one of them and broke it into smaller increments.

About a week later they processed two of the 100 sc redemptions I had just submitted days before but still had my 2000 sc redemption from the month prior still pending.

I cancelled all my redemptions weeks ago after reading others got crypto redemptions within 3-4 business days and changed all of mine to crypto. I am currently waiting on a 1800 sc redemption from May 24 and 2000 sc redemption from June 13.

I will attach screenshots that I took on May 21 at 12:12am that show the May 13 100 sc redemptions processed but the April 19 2000 sc redemption along with others yet to processed. I also have other screenshots I can send of purchases and other things if needed.

Any help towards receiving my winnings is much appreciated so I can pay off my debts. Thank you.

Delayed redemption

Complaint Against: SweepsLasVegas (Digital Entertainment Development LLC)

I am submitting this complaint regarding a $900 redemption request that was approved by SweepsLasVegas but has remained unpaid for more than one month. The redemption request was submitted on 04/20/2026.

On multiple occasions, I have contacted customer support to inquire about the status of the payment. In response, I have received repeated assurances that my redemption remains in the payment queue and is being handled by the Finance Team.

Support has specifically stated in writing that:

* My redemption has been approved.

* My redemption has not been cancelled or denied.

* My full approved redemption will be paid.

* The redemption remains in the payment queue.

However, despite these assurances, the company has repeatedly refused or been unable to provide any estimated timeframe for payment. Each inquiry results in a substantially similar response stating that the Finance Team is processing the redemption and that I should continue waiting.

My concern is not only the length of the delay, which now exceeds one month, but also the complete lack of transparency regarding when payment can reasonably be expected. I have used multiple social casino platforms and have never experienced a redemption delay of this duration without any projected processing date.

Additionally, while the company claims the redemption is approved and awaiting payment, I continue to have the ability to cancel the redemption request. From a consumer perspective, this raises concerns regarding the redemption process and whether players are being encouraged to reverse pending withdrawals rather than receive payment.

I have retained copies of all correspondence with support, including written statements confirming that my redemption has been approved and that the full amount will be paid.

I am requesting that SweepsLasVegas provide a definitive update regarding the status of my redemption and promptly process payment of the approved $900 redemption request.

I am hoping for some assistance with SweepLasVegas. I have verified my account and placed a redemption for a $610.22 amount (not tied to any bonus) Wednesday night with instant redemption. When the redemption wasn't received I began looking through the website and found several portions of the site were stock template (insert email here) which worried me, so I did some research which gave me concerns ( I don't want to break rules and make accusations, I will share what concerned me though < external link removed > ). I reached out asking for details on what was happening and received an email stating I processed the amount correct and that my claim was being handled by the finance team that there was no timeframe that could be provided".

I reached back out a few other times, one even offering to cancel the transaction and just refund what I had spent ($275ish) because I'm concerned I may be out everything, and thought that might be an acceptable compromise to not have to deal worry about the situation as the operator.

Would you mind assisting? Everything may be legitimate, but between online literature, the website being incomplete, paying for instant payout not received, and not receiving communication, I simply have concerns that I feel would be beneficial with your help.
