I would highly recommend avoiding this operator. I have now had $2,000 pending for 2 weeks. I can understand a bit of a delay, but 2 weeks is a bit crazy. Their support sends me the same copy pasted answers, and has confirmed my account is fully verified and that I don’t need to do anything. They continue to send seemingly incredible email deals but in my experience and many others on TrustPilot, THEY WILL NOT PAY. I won fair and square, playing my balance dozens of times over. All in blackjack hands. They have no reason to delay my payout.
