Greetings!

I am hoping for some assistance with SweepLasVegas. I have verified my account and placed a redemption for a $610.22 amount (not tied to any bonus) Wednesday night with instant redemption. When the redemption wasn't received I began looking through the website and found several portions of the site were stock template (insert email here) which worried me, so I did some research which gave me concerns ( I don't want to break rules and make accusations, I will share what concerned me though < external link removed > ). I reached out asking for details on what was happening and received an email stating I processed the amount correct and that my claim was being handled by the finance team that there was no timeframe that could be provided".

I reached back out a few other times, one even offering to cancel the transaction and just refund what I had spent ($275ish) because I'm concerned I may be out everything, and thought that might be an acceptable compromise to not have to deal worry about the situation as the operator.

Would you mind assisting? Everything may be legitimate, but between online literature, the website being incomplete, paying for instant payout not received, and not receiving communication, I simply have concerns that I feel would be beneficial with your help.

I reached out to them and received the following reply, unfortunately it means that they haven't even approved my payment, let alone started the payment portion /:
