I request withdrawal on March 23 that was approved on april 11 , they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep calling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just a lot excuses i have not receive my money ans i need your help

Hi costa--

I'm so sorry for the delays, but from here on, things should go a bit smoother for you.

I can see that the first payment has already been sent off and I would expect to see tracking on it by mid-week, with the check arriving to you by the end of the week.

Your second payment will be sent off early next week and I would expect you to receive that, early the following week.

I will continue to monitor and update this as I have more information.

Hello I receive the check last Friday thanks again you can close the case
