Still pending $1000 withdrawal after 3 weeks


Hi, I did a withdraw of 1000$ on July 12 (withdraw by check), all my documents was sent and approuved on July 13.

I contact the chat several time and they always say its still pending.... for the last week they say it will be proceeded soon but no update... I feel they don't know what its going on... or they don't want to pay...

All other casino I played take 24/48 hours to be approuved and maximum of 5 days after the approbation to get the check....

Can you please help me ?

The shortfall is because you received a bonus, using coupon code NOTGUILTY.

All of our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal.
