Slots.Lv Casino - Still haven't received my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal of 500.00 that I won on 3/7/2016 it was approved on 3/10/2016 and I still have not received it as of today 3/30/2016. I have contacted them multiple times and nothing is being done.

They have contacted me and ive emailed her and have not got any response back. I am to the point of comtacting an attorney about this matter because you say your having so much trouble but your not having any trouble colecting peoples money so they can play. Doesny make sense.
