Delayed payment and no updates for a month


I signed up to play at this website on 3/13/2018, I won and submitted my paperwork for verification and withdrawal request. It's 4/16/2018 and I have yet to receive my winnings or any updates on what is taking so long. I have emailed and tried online chat to only be given the run around. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in any of their departments. I would like for Vegas Casino Online to simply payout my winnings and I will no longer play on their site again.
