my name yazidul i registered at go wild casino at my skrill account and cl;aim promo no deposit bonus , then i played and i got lucky at several time i play i met my waggered, then i requested withdraw , and the support told i must send document for account verifications then in the next morning i send my document and the next day i got emailed thats my accopunt was fully verified, and i chat with support thats i must deposit at least $20 for cashout my winning, then i deposited it even i deposit $40 , the support told its need 48 hours thats my winning will arrived at my skrill account , but till now i didint get my winning , the support always gave round and round and stalling tactic , all proov and evidence about my account i will attached here, please askgamblers help me, this casino make me sick always gave stalling tactic and round and round , thank you and i look forwards hearing fronm you as soon possible, its overs 3 days but my withdraw still nothing

First of all we would like to mention that the withdrawal ($100 in winnings from the free sign-up bonus + the $40 verification deposit) was already paid this morning.

Second of all, the account verification procedure and steps described in the complaint, as well as the fact that there is a pending time for withdrawals are specified on our website, on our banking page and in our terms and conditions.

Since a deposit was never made on the account before, documents were required in order to complete the KYC procedure and a verification deposit was needed in order to ensure that the withdrawal method was valid. Once these initial steps were completed, and the 48 hours pending period was over, the withdrawal was moved to the final stages of processing and added to the payment queue.
