I played several games on their platform on November 10, 2020, I made a withdrawal request in the amount of 3900 Lei, to which I received an email that my account was restricted.

I spoke with them in Chiat and I was told that an investigation is ongoing and I will receive an answer.

These investigations have already been going on for more than 3 years and I have not received any answers.

Please help me, my account is blocked and without my money.
