Slow On Payout, Again


I requested a withdrawl of $2000 on 1/5/17 as of today it is still pending. I tried to speak with Finance but I received the message after 5 minutes of waiting: Unfortunately, our team is currently unavailable. However, complete the form below to leave a message with us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Last year I had to wqit from 3/21 to 4/11 to get my first ACH deposit, they said the was having processor problems.

I can not believe that these people are taking their time to pay me and they have the nerves to tell me I just have to wait. The question is how long forever. Please wold you contact them because I am not getting nowhere.

I have chat with Johana A., Indira O., and Alex A. and all they say is they are slow to pay but they do pay. Some are saying it will be weeks one said it was in the processors queue waiting my term to be paid. In other words who knows when they plan to plan to pay me. All I asked that I be paid in a timely manner. They want allow me to play their games and pay later so they should pay as quickly as they collect their deposits. Please help it has been 11 days since I made the request for a payout.
