Slow payment again


Once again Vegas casino online is doing the slow payment. $10,000 withdrawal requested on 8/8. Any assistance would be appreciated. They told be because I was a Diamond player I would get priority status but no information has been passed along and when I do contact them they don't give any concrete information.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

This response is true. I was paid on August 18th. I have more pending withdrawals totally $30,000. I would like for these withdrawals to be monitored and I hope to have the same results.
