Slow payment after approved withdrawal


Again back to submit another complaint regarding withdraw issues. On November 23, 2016 my request was approved for $1,125.00 (after bonus subtracted and other fees). On December 8 another withdraw was approved for $500.00 (after bonus subtracted and other fees). To this date I have not received any money. I wanted to withdraw again but afraid to. I was hoping I would get the money before the holidays... I also live in another state in the winter but when I have asked before if the check could be sent to my winter address...no reply. Do to illness we have not left for our winter home yet, but soon ( 2 weeks). That is why I am worried, I was hoping before I left that I would receive the money. I'm not a new player at Slots of Vegas and I updated my information back in July.

My son was successful in getting the Fedex envelope and has routed it down to our winter home. So, I am closing the complaint. Glad we have a website that helps players such as I with wrong doings.

Since I'm at our winter home, I was informed by our son (checking home while we are away) that a noticed by Fedex they tried to deliver...assumed the check from Slots of Vegas and left noticed on door. I tried to have the envelope routed to winter home but was told only the sender can change the shipping address. I called (early in the AM) Slots of Vegas (voice mail), and left a message for them to call me regarding shipping problem. As of yet, I have not received a phone call. My son is going to the main Fedex office in our area tomorrow to see if he can pick it up? If he can not get the package (envelope) after so many days, it will go back to the sender. Will keep Askgamblers update on progress. Something I found somewhat strange...Slots of Vegas did not reply to Ashgamblers.

I just called Slots of Vegas and spoke with James, who was very polite. He said that there was some problems with this batch of checks and he said...possibly my check might get mailed out this week. I said thanks and here is hoping.
