So, having been playing at two other casinos exclusively, I felt somewhat adventurous and looked for another casino to add to the mix. And I found Slots of Vegas. After seeing their pretty generous promos, I decided to deposit and redeem the bonus. Which had 250% for slots, keno or scratch card, and a 1x Playthrough and no max cashout. The first time I played through the 1x, then started playing other games, lost everything. The second time I made a deposit and played through the 1x and started playing other games, i stopped myself at $332.00. Tried to withdraw, sent in all my docs but was told that since I played other games with this bonus all my winnings are voided. I was bummed but politely asked for a refund. After trying to hustle me, I declined all their attempts(which is really just more bad promos). Then "Mark" told me I will receive my refund between 5-50 business days! The next time I tried to log on to my account to check the status, I couldn't log in. When I contacted their live chat, I was told that my account is suspended due to security reasons! WHAT security reasons?

I understand that I was mistaken with the bonus, but nobody informed me anything wrong about it when I lost money! I guess they only care about when players DO win and TRY to withdraw. Then all of a sudden, your winnings are void. This casino is pretty scammy. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately as per casino rules, when players play non allowed games, casino is entitled to void the winnings. Since you have asked for a refund, after playing games were not supposed to play with the bonus redeemed, for security reasons your Slots of Vegas account has been closed and refund has been processed.
