I requested a withdrawal on 11/25/14 for $1200.00, on Dec 2,2014 I received an email stating all appropriate paperwork was in and valid. On 12/10/14 My withdrawal was approved for $1012.50.
I sent in wire transfer information on 12/12/14 , my rep suggested a wire transfer instead of a cheque for speed of service. Said wire would be faster. I have tried live chat and sent several emails out 12/19 and 12/22 no response. I would like to know what is happening with my withdrawal. No one is available today at live chat. Maybe ya'll can help me.
