Where's my Wire Transfer???


I requested a withdrawal on 11/25/14 for $1200.00, on Dec 2,2014 I received an email stating all appropriate paperwork was in and valid. On 12/10/14 My withdrawal was approved for $1012.50.
I sent in wire transfer information on 12/12/14 , my rep suggested a wire transfer instead of a cheque for speed of service. Said wire would be faster. I have tried live chat and sent several emails out 12/19 and 12/22 no response. I would like to know what is happening with my withdrawal. No one is available today at live chat. Maybe ya'll can help me.

Received my check from FedEx today. Deposited in my checking account. The bank was very inquisitive about the check. I advised it was a good check and just wanted to deposit it. So they are going to put a temp hold on the funds, but at least I got my check. We will see how long they hold the money. Thanks for getting the check to me like you promised Slots of Vegas. I requested payment on Nov 24 and got my check on Dec 31. Thanks so much.

I just received a call from my rep at Slots of Vegas, they are sending a check, instead of the wire transfer I requested but did apologize and gave me a fed ex tracking number. Delivery is set for Friday, Jan 2 2014. I will keep you posted on the progress of the delivery. Thanks
