I have 2 withdrawals of $2500 that are outstanding and I cannot get a response from SOV reps. One requested 8/16th the other 8/17th. One was approved on 9/2nd. The other just disappeared from my account. I have emailed and called several times and I am getting no answer? Is Slots of Vegas avoiding their customers? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this casino and loyally play with them. I would like a response.
