Delayed Payments Problem


I won last year and have had withdrawals approved but I have not received the payments. I tried chat and emailing Slots of Vegas about these delayed payments and it's not getting me anywhere. I hope to get some help here. The following payments were approved as on the dates listed:

$2500 approved on Nov 9
$2500 approved on Nov 17
$582 approved on Dec 29

When can I expect to receive these payments? It's going on 5 months since the Nov 9 approval. Thank you for your help.
