So I won $2500 playing slots.
Both the ID and the debit card that I used were verified.
They keep telling me that they can’t send funds to the account I provided when I personally called the bank and asked if money could be internationally wired to that account, and I was told YES.
I keep asking the reason why they can’t send the money to that account, and they will not answer the question.

Regarding your latest withdrawal, please remember that our posted terms and conditions state that approvals take place within 7 - 10 business days--your new withdrawal is still within that timeframe.
I'll be sure to keep an eye on this to ensure the withdrawal is approved and paid as per our terms. In the meantime however, I'd like to ask that this complaint be closed as resolved, as your new withdrawal was not included in this...and has not exceeded the normal timeframe.
