Withdrawals delayed for months
I have been gaming at this casino for at least 8-10 years; while withdrawals are always cumbersome and slow, I've never had the issue I am experiencing now. I won a sizable amount in March, and requested withdrawal of $5000 - in two, separate, $2500 withdrawal requests based on casino limitations.
I submitted and verified all financial documents and verified my account and payment details. I was told that everything was updated, and my account was approved for withdrawals (again). I have chat transcripts stating all of these details. While they claim it takes 7-10 days to approve withdrawals, it took weeks. Once the first was approved, it was to be 7-10 days for payment. I finally received payment over a month later. I am still waiting on the other $2500, AND since that time I submitted a withdrawal request for $2500.
They have approved $1250 of the second $2500, and it was to be paid, per their guidelines and live chat agent, no later than 05/17/2021. It is now 05/27/2021, and still nothing - i check in daily and I am fed the same apology about how many requests they have and that they are "escalating" and to check back in 3 days. When I do, more apologies, and then check back in 3 days - this is from chat agents, as well as supervisors when they're available.
And, I have hesitated to submit a complaint, but after today's chat it is apparent that they have no interest in paying me the $5000 they owe me. (Minus any applicable bonus). I was again told "You may check back with us on Monday for the update."
I've logged every chat I've ever had with Slots of Vegas, confirming that I have not violated any terms/conditions
