Withdrawals Delayed And Not Paid Since March

I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Slots of Vegas since March.

At this time, I have multiple withdrawals pending that have been delayed repeatedly and have not been paid.

Several withdrawals have been sitting since March and April without being processed or completed.

These withdrawals have been delayed multiple times, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I have contacted support through chat and email on numerous occasions and have not received clear answers or resolution.

My concerns are:

1. Withdrawals are being delayed repeatedly without clear explanation
2. Payments are not being processed within the stated timeframes
3. Ongoing lack of communication and meaningful support

I am requesting:

- Processing of all pending withdrawals
- A clear and accurate payout timeline
- Resolution of all delayed payments

I am seeking payment of all funds owed and immediate attention to this matter.

Thank you for your response.

I understand that chargebacks are taken seriously. However, I am confused because I have received different information from various representatives, and I am now being told that all withdrawals will be held until June 30.

Could you please clarify the following:

1. Which specific chargebacks or disputed transactions are being referenced?
2. Are those disputes still open, or have they already been resolved?
3. Have any disputed deposits and associated fees already been deducted from my winnings?
4. What is the specific reason for selecting June 30 as the date the hold will be lifted?
5. Are my withdrawals remaining in the payment queue, or will they need to be reviewed again after June 30?
6. Is this hold based on a specific section of the Terms and Conditions? If so, please identify the applicable provision.

I am simply requesting a clear understanding of my account status and what I should expect going forward.

I'm not certain why the VIP Host told you what he did--it is not accurate.

What I think you don't really understand is just how serious chargebacks are, for our processor and our casinos. The decision to hold back payments until June 30 is not one taken lightly, but this situation is serious enough to warrant it.

Until June 30, there is nothing I can do to forward your withdrawals.

Between February 28, 2026 through March 14, 2026, my total approved Visa/card deposits on Slots of Vegas were $2,810.

Slots of Vegas confirmed two approved withdrawals totaling $3,750 ($2,500 + $1,250). From those two approved withdrawals, $2,729 was deducted for alleged disputes and fees before the remaining balance was paid to me on May 13, 2026.

Those two withdrawals were approved and paid within three days, after Slots of Vegas recovered the alleged dispute/fee balance from my winnings.

On May 24, 2026, support confirmed in chat:

* “I do not see any new notes regarding disputes on your account.”
* “$2729 total has been deducted from the winnings paid on 5/13.”
* “As per notes, all dispute amounts were deducted from the winnings.”

When I specifically asked:
“So it’s all paid off?”
support responded:
“Correct.”

Despite this, Slots of Vegas is still withholding separate remaining pending withdrawals from approximately April 14, 2026 totaling:

* $1,250
* $2,500
* $2,484

Remaining total: $6,234.

However, in the AskGamblers response, the casino stated payments would only be issued “if anything” is owed after review, despite support already confirming the disputes and fees had been fully paid through deductions from my winnings.

Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
