I requested a withdrawal of $1630 and it has been in process since 6/19 and still has not been approved.
I haven’t received any status updates via email or anything so I reached out via chat and was told the problem would be escalated and should be approved within 24-48 hours and still haven’t heard anything or received anything via email

I'm pleased to tell you that your remaining withdrawals were confirmed as paid by our processor: Paid $3300 + $20.00 Service Fee WIRE for transaction #183756887 ($2,000.00), #183756884 ($1,320.00). The wire was confirmed as completed on the 15th, so I would expect the funds should be in your account by now.
