Withdrawal request since December

Hello well I submitted my withdrawal request in December 31st 2020 and I then contacted there customer service support team to see what documents they needed to be verified by me which it's has taken them three weeks to fully verified everything they said that my withdrawal request has been approved by a manager and now I'm just waiting for the payment to be sent like my family has been hit hard by the COVID 19 pandemic and my family is struggling right now and I have explained this to the customer support team and all they seem to care about is when I will be making my next deposit with them like this is real life and they can take my money in seconds but when it comes to be paid out oh they want you to patiently wait a month and a half like I just want my money please and I have tried everything and it seems like I'm getting nowere everything is done on my behalf

Yeah nothing much to report on my end still the same just waiting for this to be resolved I'll will be sure to update if anything changes.

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

I've gone ahead and put in the request for payment and I would expect this will be sorted in the next day or so. As soon as I have confirmation that the payment has been issued, I'll be back with another update.
