Withdrawal request delayed
I have emailed weekly requests to slots of vegas customer support after the 7-10 day waiting period was met. In the beginning, I kept getting a request for a clearer copy of my ID. Which I have provided numerous times and asked if it was sufficient. I got no response, except that it was submitted. So I assume it was accepted. To date, I still see withdrawal as "in process" with no answer as to whether or not it was approved. Note that I have requested that a check be remitted...not a wire transfer. (Withdrawal transaction ID#5554026 for $1,100.00 initiated 8/11/2020)
